After two days of receiving gifts, Jackson is back to playing Angry Birds on the iPad. Maybe we should have bought him his very own iPad. He is getting very good at the Angry Birds, getting a few three stars every now and then. On the way to Cincinnati last night, he wanted to play chess. Yes, my three year old wants to learn play chess. He is his father's son. He was saying that he needed to keep his king out of trouble. It was super cute. When he didn't know which move to make next, he would look at his daddy and ask him for help.
He was also way more interested in picking up the wrapping paper and putting it in the trash bag than he was in actually opening more presents. Jackson got lots of games and puzzles and a few super cute things for his room. (Now, his momma needs to get out the other "decorations" that she bought almost a year ago.)
For the next couple of hours, we are going to hang out at Mamawk's house before heading over to G-gm's and Grandpa's house for more presents and good food and hopefully good company!
