Trick or treat in our new neighborhood was actually on Halloween this year! (Sometimes, that doesn't happen!) We were pretty excited about going and getting candy from our neighbors!! But this year, it was just a little different. The houses were MUCH farther apart and we were the ONLY people out trick or treating! It took us nearly an hour to visit about seven houses. Jackson rode his bike and Audrey was pushed in the stroller.
Jackson was so anxious, he kept leaving his little sister behind. There was a lot of telling Jackson to slow down. But that ninja had plans of his own. On the way back to the house, Jackson didn't want to ride his bike anymore. The adults took turns riding it!!
Both kiddos stole one piece of candy from their bags before we got home! Believe it or not, the kiddos had plenty of candy from those seven houses. They all gave away lots of candy since there wouldn't be very many trick or treaters! We had none, so Jackson didn't get to hand out candy this year. He was a little bummed, but got over it quickly!
